Schick and Vaughn vs Kuhn

| | Comments (0)
Very interesting to go through the battle between Kuhn and the authors of "How to think About Weird Things". I really did enjoy reading Kuhn and, for the most part, he made sense to me. However, reading Fay and Schick and Vaughn seemed to put my perspective in a new view. It became increasingly apparent to me that Kuhn's theory contradicts and undermines itself drastically. If the paradigm we were in determined everything that we did in fact observe, then it would be impossible to see anything else, which would make it impossible to even shift into a new paradigm. I think Kuhn's theory is too subjective here and does not succeed. Any comments?
